Happy New Moon~
Phew…. It’s been a stressful week.
In less than 10 days I’ll be blissfully in Bali prepping to start my Abundance Pray Love Retreat.
But in the meanwhile… life happens.
Everything from awesome, beautiful goddesses who we paid non-refundable resort fees for in advance not being able to complete their retreat payments... (yeah) to the kind of last minute unforseen things that pop up whenever you’re doing something awesome.
Again, such is life.
So I just wanted to share one of my stress management secrets.
Luckily I get to vibe with my amazing Manifest Your Magic Digital New Moon Circle.
Things that frankly would have broken my spirit before are a little less daunting because of belief repatterning techniques like visualization.
2 Simple Steps to Reset Your Beautiful Mind
Our subconscious minds control our lives. We are what we think or believe.
There are many ways to reprogram your mind: NLP, hypnosis, visualization, EFT, havening, affirmations and coaching.

Here's a gentle reminder of what to do.
Chances are you already know this, but in stressful times we need a reminder.
1. Bring on the Alpha Waves.
Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.
Use the power of your alpha brainwaves. Deep breathing and mindfulness is great anytime but Alpha level is where you are able to 'speak' directly with the subconscious.
Alpha level brainwaves are experienced first thing in the morning as you first awaken and last thing at night just before you go to sleep. In Alpha level you are awake (conscious) and aware of your surroundings but your subconscious is fully alert and you are most responsive to learning and accepting new ideas.
When you’re in alpha level, you can reinforce where you want to be mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
2. Visualize & Affirm.
Picture what you want as an image or movie with you 'in the moment'. It must be in the present so you must be living it. Use all of your senses to make it as real as possible.
Create a story and if you can add some humor even better.
While visualizing yourself living your “preferred situation,” affirm it.
You can either say your affirmations out loud or just think them. To make them even more powerful and effective you can write them down and display them wherever you will see them regularly throughout your day. You can also record yourself saying them out loud and listen to them first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Your subconscious loves stories and it loves humor. By fully engaging your senses it becomes more real.
This is the real secret: Make the scenes really bright and colorful. Hear the sounds, Feel the emotions. Touch and taste things.
When visualizing and affirming, get clear:
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you feel?
What can you smell?
What can you taste?
This is the KEY...
